This company has a turnover of approximately £13M and delivers high-quality projects across new build and refurbishment. They operate across multiple sectors including high-end residential, commercial, and private education. About the Role: The Site Manager will play a key role in managing projects ranging from £1M to £5M across Oxfordshire. A strong technical ability and an excellent attitude toward leadership are essential, alongside a proven ability to manage high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from site setup to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment at all times. Provide leadership and support to the site team. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. A portfolio of projects across Oxfordshire ranging from £1M to £5M, particularly in residential, commercial, or private education sectors. Strong technical ability with excellent knowledge of construction processes. A confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
