Henry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong Assistant Site Manager for a large residential development in Central London. You must have previous experience overseeing RC frame packages to be considered for this role. Key responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Overseeing the RC frame package and sub-contractor Any experience with Project Plus or View Point is a massive benefit to the contractor Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records Support the Site Manager in conducting regular site inspections and meetings Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site Provide support and assistance to the Site Manager in any other tasks or duties as needed.
