My client are a leading main contractor who work on iconic residential and commercial schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a high-rise scheme in Liverpool. Driven and motivated attitude. Strong organization skills. Duties include: Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers. Holding progress meetings with the client. Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project. Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively. Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance. Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
