Job Opportunity: Senior Site Manager New build Steel Frame office Block Sourced Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to join a Growing construction company in the Northwest . Our client a multitude of fields across fit out and new build construction. The Project you will be running is a brand new development and will be a steel frame office block to the value of 4 million. The right candidate will have experience on a similar project and also will ideally be looking to take on more of a business lead as you will be working directly under the Head of construction as the business grows. Its a great opportunity for someone who is looking for progression. Location: Northwest Company Car: Ford Ranger Salary: £55,000 £60,000 (Negotiable) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the new build steel frame office block Handle site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budgets. Wear "multiple hats" on-site, handling various responsibilities and solving problems as they arise. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of Site Management experience. Essential experience on a similar project budget wise and a steel frame experience is a must. Currently in a Senior Site Manager role, ready to progress towards Project Management as the company grows. Strong multitasking ability, comfortable with wearing multiple hats on-site.
