I'm looking for an experienced interior designer who specializes in modern aesthetics to help transform my Melbourne house. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen/lounge, a euro laundry and a mezzanine. Key Details: - Design Style: The layout is ready. I already did an initial interior design using 5D planner. Measurement are correct. - Design should focus on materials, dimentions i.e tile size fot the round wall in the ensuite)and colours combination - winefride in the island is a must as well as a slace for my cooffee machine and coffe grider. I love my coffee. - Garage , kitchen and studio next to the kitchen, are the new areas whith concrete flooring. The rest of the house is a 1930 victoria weatherboards home. - the bedrooms with the ensuite has a window facing south so natural light is low. The Ensuite doesn't have window. - In the living area the ceilings is open to a pitched roof. - there is a mezanine on top of the master bedroom - Garage , kitchen studio, master bedroom and ensuite ceiling is 2.7mt - the rest of the house is 3.05mt - Color Palette: The interiors should primarily feature neutral tones, creating a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record interior design. - Experience in designing bathrooms , kitchens and laundries. - Strong communication skills for understanding and implementing my vision. - Ability to work within a set timeframe and budget.
