We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a 5 housebuilder with an excellent reputation in the industry who build mainly in the Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire patch. This opportunity would suit someone who is working in a trade and wants to make the transition into management. The role will be working alongside a Site Manager on a busy traditional build project, duties include- Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
