Our client is a construction led fire protection/prevention company that specialise within the social housing sector. Due to an increase in contracts (Projects) within Kent & London, they’re recruiting a site manager on a freelance basis to oversee a fire door project near Folkestone, Kent. The site manager will be managing the fire door replacements across a number of residential units. They will be reporting directly to the contracts manager producing frequent progress reports. Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to): Manage daily running of project to complete work to quality, time and compliance. All aspects of Health and safety Progress reporting to contracts manager Ensuring materials and labour are available in order to meet the programme Management of trades carrying out the required works Conform with Fire Protection & Prevention audit process Attend and contribute within client meetings as necessary To be considered for this role; experience within fire stopping or fire protection is preferred. You must have a SMSTS & CSCS card. IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT (start date immediately)
