We require a Chartered Town Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience, looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities of this role include; Providing expert planning advice and guidance on a variety of projects. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals. Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Contributing to the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives. What We're Looking For: RTPI Chartered Status is essential. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in town planning. Ambition and drive to progress within the company, with a willingness to take on management responsibilities in the future. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
