Mechanically Biased M&E Site Manager Required Healthcare Project in Essex Up to £300pd DOE The Shore Group are currently working with a well-respected M&E Contractor who are market leaders in most sectors, specifically education and healthcare. They are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager for a newly won hospital scheme. The project is due to start in the next 4 weeks and will consist of both a Mechanical and Electrical package valued up to £5 million. The scope of works will be 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, so knowledge of and ability to oversee both specialisms is needed for this role. With this project due to last until to May 2025, and the prospect of potentially going permanent with them, this is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing and dynamic contractor who has a strong pipeline of work.
