Are you an Assistant Site Manager or Tradesperson looking to to step into a role that offers training, progression and the opportunity to work on and lead a wide range of exciting building projects? This is a unique opportunity to join a growing construction company which specialises in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Greater Manchester. In this varied role you will be trained to oversee your own projects and daily tasks, travelling to different sites around Manchester and surrounding area, liaising with clients, coordinating resources and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery, as well as overseeing labour and sub contractors for each job. This is a unique opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager or Skilled tradesperson (all trades considered, including Carpenter, Painter & Decorator, Plumber, HVAC, Mechanical Engineer, Bricklayer, Roofer, Electrician or any other trade) - if you have a background in construction and would like to build a career with a growing company and play a key role in a broad range of challenging projects. Key Requirements • Background / experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Carpenter, Painter & Decorator, Plumber, HVAC, Mechanical Engineer, Bricklayer, Roofer, Electrician or any other trade and seeking to become a Site Manager.
