Clearfield Recruitment have partnered with a leading Construction company that are experts in their field of Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Demolition etc. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team of 4 at their Benfleet office. This exciting role has arisen due to continued success and increased workload, offering the perfect opportunity to be part of a thriving company. Key Responsibilities of this role will include: Manage all costs relating to building projects from initial calculations to final figures Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Perform risk, value management, and cost control Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards Liaise with clients and other construction professionals The ideal applicant for this position will possess; Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Excellent numerical and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively within a team Full driving licence The successful applicant can expect to receive; Competitive salary between £55,000 – £70,000 Company car or car allowance Opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding team Office-based role in Benfleet, Essex If this opportunity is of interest, and you have the desired skills and experience, apply now
