Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Roofing & Cladding) Location: Inverness Contract: Permanent or Freelance Salary: £45k - £60k Package (Permanent) Day Rate: £350/day (Freelance) A leading Roofing & Cladding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and skilled professional to manage projects in a growing company, offering flexibility for both permanent and freelance candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all site activities related to roofing and cladding projects - Manage subcontractors and site staff to ensure work is completed to a high standard - Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to on site - Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery - Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring project deadlines are met - Quality control and ensuring compliance with all building regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing or cladding industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Solid understanding of health & safety protocols - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications - Driving licence and willingness to travel within the Inverness area What We Offer: - Permanent: £45k - £60k annual salary, plus package including pension, holidays, and benefits - Freelance: £350 per day with flexible working arrangements This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and wants to be part of high-quality roofing and cladding projects.
