The successful candidate will be running a £10m new build commercial project. About You: Qualified to Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering/Building Be able to produce programs & construction plans Confident in the management of subcontractors & commercial budget Commercially aware with experience of various forms of Contract (JCT/NEC) Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid This position is a permanent contact that offers a competitive salary, car allowance, holiday entitlement & matched pension contributions.
