Senior Project Manager - Major Projects Oxfordshire Permanent Senior Project Manager required to deliver (from pre-construction to completion) a £40m education facility in Oxfordshire. The scheme comprises a new vastly shaped 3-storey building built next to existing buildings which will be demolished in several phases allowing the school to remain occupied. Works also include new football pitches, parking spaces, MUGA, Playground canopy and Entrance Plaza (amongst other areas). The company itself is a leading top building contractor that covers a range of projects mostly within the commercial, life sciences and education sectors typical contract values between £30m - £70m.
