We are currently working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £50m and a busy order book of upcoming projects in partnership with leading main contractors across the commercial, healthcare and education sectors who require an electrical project manager to join their London business unit to work on a notable £15m M&E government building refurbishment project in North London. Reporting to an MEP Project Director you will join from an early stage pre-construction going to site early next year to act as electrical lead to deliver the project through to PC. Key duties include: Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management. Health & Safety management Attending internal CVR/progress meetings Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings. Preparation of method statements and risk assessments. Management and briefing of personnel. Resolving installation and access issues. Completion and submission of as-installed documentation. Programme and project planning Sign off to pay a very attractive salary, with an opportunity to join a very interesting project from an early stage, a clear and achievable promotion path to project director level will be outlined from the beginning of your tenure.
