Title: Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out Location: Manchester Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 The Client Our client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor, they work across multiple sectors including commercial office space, hospitality and retail. They are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team with Fit-Out experience. Key Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out: The Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out will be responsible for the commercial aspects of projects with values of £100k - £1.5m across Manchester and the North West. Liaise with the client and communicate with project stakeholders. Estimating Variations & Valuations Budgeting Buying / Procurement Support the pre-construction phase including working in partnership with in-house design and attending site surveys.
