Job Title: Site Manager Location: Richmond Project Type: School Refurbishment Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects? Our client, a well-regarded contractor, is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager to lead the refurbishment of a school in Richmond. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations. Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure the quality of all work meets the required standards, conducting regular inspections. Manage project documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, and risk assessments. Requirements Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, preferably within the education sector. SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification (essential). Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a busy site. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders. A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
