My client a large FM contractor require : Either an Ass' Quantity Surveyor or newly qualified Dealing with Social housing & Council contracts (Birmingham Based) Response maintenance, Painting & Decorating, Capital & Planned works. You'll be supporting Planned/reactive maintenance dealing with major refurbishments - Kitchens and bathrooms installs and re-roofing projects etc. As contracts are generally in place , dealing in post contract duties Initially this position is for a period of 3-6 months , there is also the possibility of temp to permanent employment should you wish. Birmingham based. Full time - Monday to Friday 37 hours. Rates : £30.00 to £35.00 per hour Umbrella - Interested , drop me a line with your latest CV.
