Site Manager - Luxury Hotel Fit Out Central London £65,000 Overtime October 2024 Permanent / (Freelance Option available) A London fit out contractor requires a suitably experienced Site Manager to on the fit out of a luxurious hotel and spa in Central London. You form part of an existing team, which will be expected to successfully deliver this £50m project which includes 120 guest rooms, restaurant, treatment rooms and health spa. You will have the following responsibilities: • Managing and driving the fit out 120 guest rooms. • Quality and delivery within budget and programme • Risk Assessments and Method Statements • Manage site inductions • Organise site logistics Your skills, attributes and experience will include • Minimum of 5 years' construction experience with a main contractor or developer • Fit out experience within London residential or hotel. • Energetic and enjoys the challenge of successfully delivering a quality fit out. • Attention to detail and quality focused • A carpentry & joinery background would be ideal This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a very special project where the highest quality of workmanship will be delivered.
