CompanyA Interior Fit Out contractor who work at redefining working environments, refurbishing office or laboratory space and high-spec workplace design and build are on the market seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team. They are looking as they have increased the project sizes they are working on which generally would be in the £2-5m brakcet, however are now tendering a number of larger projects up to £20m in the laboratory and commercial office environment and are looking for a Estimator with experience tnedering larger fit out projects.The RoleThis client requires an Estimator to support the preconstruction team tendering new enquiries and supporting the wider team.The ideal candidate will have experience tendering fit out and refurbishment projects up to £5m.You will be fully responsible for pricing your own tenders, responsibilities will include: Prepare and submit Proposals- Analyse Tender Documentation Liaise with consultant, client and sub-contractors and wider team Be able to present the tender proposals to the management team and the client Work on tenders from inception to completion - Support the preconstruction process Developing estimates for various interior projects, Reviewing change orders alongside our project managers, Reviewing construction manager bid documentsCandidateThis is an ideal role for an Estimator with the following experience:- Experience tendering for commercial office or laboratory fit out- Experience working for a fit out contractor Able to work as part of a team- Commutable distance to ReadingEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
