Description

We have a very well known client that has live projects to work on a broad portfolio of projects. Some of these projects include, large scale regeneration works, high end residential, retail and leisure schemes. They also cover a lot of commercial and high end fit out projects. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Project values are generally between £100-£200m. Skills and Requirements: NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management or a construction related degree SMSTS/CSCS Black Card Passionate, strong leadership Commitment for delivering excellence Solid track record for delivering multidisciplinary projects. Civil engineering qualifications (Desirable) Extensive project management capabilities Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
