Site Manager Location: Within M25 and South Salary: £55k - £60k Car Allowance Mileage Train Fares We’re currently looking for experienced Site Managers to join a well-established company working on a range of projects, primarily in the industrial sector (75-80%), with some office refurbishments and smaller works. Projects range from £250k to £7m in value. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all projects are compliant with health and safety regulations. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and resolve any issues that arise. What We’re Looking For: Experience managing industrial projects and office refurbishments. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to manage projects valued between £250k and £7m. Ideally based in or around the M25 and South.
