Damp and Mould Surveyor Manchester Temporary - Permanent £25 Umbrella ph We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Manchester, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary to permanent basis. Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams Manage day to day workload Adhere to all health and safety regulations Review payment applications Monitor performance of contractors Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor: Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould HNC qualification or equivalent Driving licence To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Lucie Houston - Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods on 01509 276158 or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
