Based in heart of Manchester, an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Construction Project Manager to run their commercial/workspace projects. The Construction Project Manager will be mainly based in Manchester but also across the Northwest. The role of the Construction Project Manager. The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Construction Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team. You will be working on fast track and long length schemes, ranging in value from £2m - £15M. A strong construction understanding will be expected. You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly. The requirements Clear evidence of a Fit-Out background Ideally Commercial / Offices 5 years in the Project Management world Contract handling of between £2m - £15M Ability to communicate effectively Looking for a permanent position Provide a hands-on approach.
