Project Manager – Fit-Out, Refurbishment & Restoration Location: Feltham, London Package: £70k–£80k Commission Per Job Are you ready to step into a senior leadership role within a fast-growing, family-run business? The Company Our client is a family-run, rapidly growing main contractor known for delivering exceptional commercial projects. With a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction, they have built a solid reputation for reliability and craftsmanship. They are now seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee projects, develop client relationships, and eventually take over the MD's responsibilities on the construction side of the business. Your Role as Project Manager In this pivotal role, you will: Manage multiple projects ranging from £100k to £500k, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster strong relationships. Play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities and maximizing client potential. Contribute to monthly internal meetings, focusing on tender discussions, client development, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, providing accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site. Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Support the company’s expansion into mechanical works and grow this side of the business. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in managing fit-out, refurbishment, and restoration projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
