Senior Site Manager | Hammersmith, England, United Kingdom (On-site) About the Company Our client is a leading main contractor (t/o circa £400m) who operate throughout the UK and Ireland overseeing major new build and refurb/re-fit projects in the Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Mixed-use sectors. About the Role They are looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Site Manager to oversee a major cut & carve project (£40m) in West London which will consist of structural alterations to existing offices, plus new floors and façade replacement. Required Skills A minimum of 5-10 years Site Management experience with Main Contractors Previous experience of “Cut & Carve” projects would be a district advantage Trades or Technical background will be considered Relevant industry qualifications This will be permanent employment, the contract scheduled for approx. 18 months To register your interest please apply online or contact George at ICDS for more info
