Project Manager (AD and PD level) Commercial Development £100-500m Leading Project Consultancy £90,000 - £110,000 bonus benefits, London This independent project consultancy are currently instructed on an array of high profile commercially led developments in central London with contract values from £100-500m. They work with leading developer and investor clients with live projects in the City, Southbank and West End. They currently seek Project Managers at Associate Director and Project Director level to join their team working on these thrilling projects. About you: You will ideally be a project management professional with 8 years experience in a consultancy or client delivering private sector projects under JCT D&B contract. Additional candidate attributes: Degree qualified in a property related subject Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent 8 years project management experience within a consultancy or client Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projects Strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication They offer: Mentor programme Wellness allowance Annual bonus Private medical Life assurance Flex working
