On behalf of my client who are a Tier 1 Residential Developer based in London I am looking to speak with any experienced Senior Site Managers / Project Managers regarding a new opportunity I have to work on a High end Residential project in Tower Hill, London. This role will be to work purely on Externals only from enabling, piling, frame, façade etc. This exciting new destination of 1,800 high-quality homes spans 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces, a magnificent choreographed central water feature and a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés on a lively public square – the perfect meeting spot for residents and visitors. Residents enjoy exclusive access to private gardens and luxury amenities, such as a private screening room, spa, gym suite, squash court, virtual golf course, and 24-hour concierge. Please note this role is being offered on a permanent basis only and the salary will be £95,000 basic Package.
