Our client is a leading developer, specialising in central London RC Frame residential schemes. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a scheme of 500 units in Poplar, East London. You will be responsible for: Leading all site activities Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager Overseeing a team including Managers from Assistant through to Senior Ensuring the Health & Safety standards are met Driving quality Holding weekly progress meetings Ensuring the scheme is delivered on program and in budget Experience required Excellent man management skills Suitable candidates will have CSCS Card (Black), SMSTS, First Aid as a minimum. On offer is a basic salary of between £90,000 - £100,000 plus extensive package.
