The main focus with this role is Landlord and Tenant work - rent reviews, lease renewals etc, in both commercial and retail sectors. The council are offering flexible hybrid working arrangements for this role, ensuring you have the perfect work/life balance. An MRICS qualification is preferred in this role, along with previous experience in a Local Authority.
