We are looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic and expanding Architectural team in Nottingham. You will have the opportunity to work on an array of projects across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, public sector, industrial, leisure and residential. 

As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for leading a design team on project delivery through all stages of a project. You will be expected to lead on the delivery of a varied scale of projects and communicate directly with the client and the entire project team. You should have excellent design and technical skills and all-round project knowledge.

Our ideal Senior Architectural Technologist must have:

• Degree in Architectural Technology BSc(Hons) or a relevant HNC/HND qualification or working towards MCIAT membership
• Proficient at Revit
• Relevant experience within a similar role/leading a technical team
• Excellent technical knowledge

It would be nice for you to have:

• Experience using NBS Chorus
• NEC and JCT contract awareness
• Strong team leading capability
