With exposure to a range of sectors, you will experience a relaxed and collaborative multi-disciplinary environment while engaging in a wide array of stimulating work. Person Specification: Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject MRICS (nearly qualified considered) Good communication skills Roles & Responsibilities: You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions in a range of industry sectors. Work includes but is not limited to: Site/Condition Surveys Project Management Contract Administration Detailed Report Writing Defect Assessment and Remedial Advice Party Wall Refurbishments, Restoration, Maintenance & Repair Advice Health & Safety Technical (CAD) Design & Drawing Planning & Building Regulations Dilapidations Salary & Package: £45,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience Yearly bonus Training & development budget Professional subscriptions paid Private healthcare 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 1-day per year allowed for volunteering Pension Cycle to work scheme Eye care vouchers Company Overview: Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, covering Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Health & Safety, from 3 offices across the South of England.
