The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities educational sites. . The Role Overseeing 11 educational sites in the Lancashire area P&L support Financial sign offs Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £3m per year Health & Safety sign off Client facing and holding meetings Reports Qualifications & Experience Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
