Quantity Surveyor required Are you looking for a role which will see you home based up to 4 days per week? look no further. My client has an immediate need for Quantity Surveyor with either a good Social Housing or Local Authority Background Project portfolio. Initially 6 Month contract £300.00 to £400.00 per day Hybrid model. What does the hybrid model look like ? within the space of a 2 week period , in the office 2-3 times to attend meetings/site. You'll be working on predominately Planned Maintenance Schemes with some reactive work , Predominately Housing schemes with some public buildings. The QS will have a build related background within dealing with Housing or public sector driven projects. Ideally have worked in one of the above environments.
