Site Manager | Fitout NI, ROI & UK Projects £45k This is a great opportunity for a motivated Site Manager to join an expanding site team, carrying out a range of innovative and exciting projects. We are looking for a Site Manager to join our growing fit-out team. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will manage projects based in Northern Ireland, and where required the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the UK. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including managing multiple sub-contractors, communicating with clients, as well as dealing with the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams. Essential: Experience working in commercial fit-out. 3 Years experience as a Site Manager. Willingness to work in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the rest of the UK if required. Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Experience with programmes. Scheduling and Procurement of materials. Prioritises Health & Safety.
