Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering with a leading ME contractor to recruit a Site Manager. This role is based in Newry with project sites across Northern Ireland, primarily in Belfast. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of key ME projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager who can lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee ME project sites, ensuring timely completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to Liaise with the project management team and clients to ensure clear communication Monitor site progress and prepare reports on project status Manage resources, materials, and site logistics Desirable Skills: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the ME sector Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Full UK driving license (essential) Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager seeking to work on key projects in Northern Ireland with a respected contractor.
