We're seeking an Assistant Site Manager with a passion for learning to help deliver high-quality apartments in Chelsea, near the Thames, in a joint venture with a reputabel Housing Association. You'll manage internal packages and coordinate trades under the guidance of experienced site managers. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on Learning: Shadow experienced site managers, conduct safety checks, and drive quality assurance. Internal Management: Oversee internal packages and coordinate trades, ensuring stellar build quality. Growing Responsibilities: As you gain confidence, you'll take on more tasks, eventually managing up to 34 luxury units.Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous on-site experience as a trainee or assistant site manager in any construction sector. Education and / or Trade backgorund Attention to Detail: A strong focus on delivering homes residents will love. Eagerness to Learn: Reliable and committed to building new skills.About the Project: Scope: 250 stunning units across several blocks, scheduled for completion in December 2025.
