Experienced No1 Construction Manager required to work on Cat A / B office fit-out that has a steel frame extension being built onto the building and courtyard works taking place above a basement in North London. Need somebody with a Temporary Works Co-Ordinator ticket who understands building. Who can lead the sub-contractors and drive the project. Immediate start with 11 months work - Must have SMSTS, First Aid, Temp Works Co-Ordinator, Asbestos Awareness. This role is for an immediate start and we need the right person - We have been getting a lot of calls from unsuitable candidates for recent roles within the area so to outline the essentials for this role - Temporary Works Co-Ordinator - Experience being a number 1 site manager - Working knowledge of Civils and Groundworks - Confident leader who is able to drive a project Rates are negotiable for the right people North London Construction Manager Site Manager Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Site Manager Fit-Out Civils
