Key Responsibilities: Tender preperation, including drawings and technical documents preparing accurate and detailed estimates Arranging subcontract and supplier packages, liasing with the subcontractor to clarify queries and requirements Organising and conducting site visits Cost evaluation Pricing reviews Transferring projects to the construction team for execution Our client are offering a generous salary of £60,000-£70,000 Car allowance, 33 days holiday, Hybrid working (1 day in the office), healthy work life balance, and an annual performance bonus.
