The position is to manage their London & Reading regions. The position is for a consultancy working in predominantly in all sectors on project values up to £35m. The role is for a Director, Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: Project Based Work Contract Administration Employee Agent Valuations Instructions Construction methodology Main-contractor management Requirements for the Director Building Surveyor role are: Minimum of 5 years experience Autonomously running multi-million pound projects.
