We are currently working with a prestigious AJ100 architectural practice based in the heart of Central London, renowned for its design led UK projects. With a strong portfolio of award-winning designs, our client is looking to expand their team and recruit a talented Project Architect to work on their exciting commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic practice that values sustainable design. The practice offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, where you will have the opportunity to take a lead role on high-profile UK projects while working alongside some of the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead commercial projects through all stages of design and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of projects, maintaining excellent communication with clients and the internal team. Oversee and review the work of junior architects and assistants, providing guidance and mentorship. Contribute to project strategy, ensuring design objectives are met and project outcomes are aligned with client expectations. Requirements: 2-5 years of post Part III qualification experience working in an architectural practice Experience working on UK commercial workplace, mixed use projects Strong proficiency in Revit - this is essential Experience using NBS Chorus Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes. Experience running projects through all stages, from concept design to technical delivery.
