Henry Martin Group are partnered with a strong Residential Main Contractor to source a strong Assistant Site Manager for a large residential development in Central London. There are multiple blocks going up concurrently, it is currently at the site setup and enabling stage. You must have previous experience overseeing the superstructure and frames to be considered for this role. This is an RC frame development. Key responsibilities: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the residential development project Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure the project meets specifications Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion Help to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records Assist in coordinating and managing the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site If you have experience as a ASM/SM overseeing the RC frame package and are looking to get into one of the best contractors within the market.
