They are looking for an architect with residential experience to join their team. Job Overview This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed architectural team, working on residential projects from the moment the land is acquired to the final stages of construction. You will be involved in the creation of designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, ensuring that each project meets the high standards of quality that are already in place. Key Responsibilities Strong technical ability Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that designs meet project requirements, budget constraints, and timelines. Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with design intent. Be part of building and developing an architectural team. Key requirements ARB registered Architect At least 3 years post Part III qualification experience for a UK based practice Creative flair Residential experience Strong detail design experience Proficient with Revit (essential) Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
