Key Responsibilities: Assist with cost management and budgeting Prepare and review tender and contract documents Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts Conduct on-site measurements and manage subcontractor packages Monitor project progress and ensure costs are controlled Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, and Managing QS Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements Requirements: Previous experience with a main contractor Strong organisational and communication skills Eagerness to progress your career on a high-profile project This role offers a clear path for career development within a dynamic, leading contractor in central Camden
