Electrical Site Manager – Commercial Project We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team for an exciting commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing electrical installations for commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all electrical activities on-site, ensuring they meet project specifications and adhere to safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless progress of electrical works. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, managing site operations in line with SSSTS or SMSTS standards. Liaise with the Project Manager and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality. Manage procurement of materials and ensure the site is fully equipped for daily tasks. Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that all installations meet industry regulations. Requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Site Manager in commercial projects. Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications. SSSTS/SMSTS certification is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors. Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols.
