A Electrical Estimator is required. Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Electrical Estimator for a M&E subcontractor based in Brixton. We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience on tendering Commercial, Education, Resi or Healthcare projects values in excess of £150k The following duites as the Electrical Estimator will be as such, Estimating and tendering for large commercial projects Take offs both on screen and of Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers Liaising with the design department Preparation of Tenders Reading through specification to understand the tender pricing requirements Sending out enquires to subcontractors/specialists for builder’s works, controls etc Monthly valuations, forecast, monitoring and reporting on material spend Attend meetings with team May visit to site The ideal candidate will be a Electrical Estimator loooking to be part of a team and looking to work for a company that offers support and progression.
