Role: Predominantly site-based, overseeing several luxury projects at once Client-facing with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals Managing smaller scale heritage, restoration, insurance claims on mansions, high-end commercial properties, and listed buildings Handling projects from estimators, including valuations and variations Requirements: Proficient in IT and basic construction principles Previous experience overseeing Heritage or Restoration projects is desirable Excellent communication and project management skills Benefits: Salary: (Dependant on Experience) Package (Vehicle, Car Allowance, Mileage, Business Expenses, Pension, Healthcare) Lucrative bonus (Profit Share Scheme) Positive feedback from recent placements within the business Excellent opportunities to progress to senior leadership team
