Associate Building Surveyor - Manchester Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE) Benefits Responsibilities of the Associate Building Surveyor: Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion. Conduct a range of building surveys, including pre-acquisition, condition, and defect analysis. Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of works. Advise clients on building regulations, statutory requirements, and property maintenance. Oversee refurbishment, repair, and redevelopment projects, including contract administration. Mentor and support junior surveyors, contributing to their professional development.Requirements of the Associate Building Surveyor: MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience. Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of building surveying.
