A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a profitable and dynamic Construction business. Situated in attractive offices in the Bradford area and further to continued expansion and investment, the company are seeking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to lead their growing pre-construction team, and who has the desire to be a key member of the team as the business continues to grow. The Company Operating in building, refurbishment and fit out, the company work in partnership amongst a strong network of clients, enjoying consistent work across various sectors including office/ commercial, industrial, education, retail and residential. Requirements - Proven track record working in a similar role in a Contracting environment - Excellent client relationships in the commercial, retail, education and industrial sectors - Able to demonstrate strong relationships with building consultants and architects - Excellent supply chain relationships - Manage all bids, seeing them through the full preconstrution process - Estimating background preferred (although not essential) If you are looking for a forward-thinking business where you can really make a difference, whilst also enjoying a good work life balance, then this is the opportunity for you
