Role Overview As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and financial aspects of the project. Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors, your role will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial activities, including procurement, budgeting, and cost control. Preparing and reviewing contracts, tenders, and valuations. Leading negotiations with suppliers and contractors. Providing financial reports and forecasts to key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Driving value engineering initiatives to optimize project efficiency. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: A degree in a relevant sector (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Property Development) or Proven track record in the property development or construction sector. Strong understanding of residential project delivery. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
